Return Policy: 

We have a 30 day return policy all returns must be postmarked within the 30 days. All items are to be returned in like-new condition, complete with original packaging and materials. Software, Personal and Medical Devices are NON-RETURNABLE. No exceptions.

Most store products have a 6-month warranty due to manufacturer defects. All customers are required to pay shipping charges both to and from the manufacturer. If damage to any product is determined to be the cause of negligence, repair cost will be charged to customer.
